Terms and conditions of purchase from the Online Shop
Acceptance of terms
In placing an online order with us you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
Acceptance of order
When we receive an order from you via our website we send you an automatically generated email confirming the items ordered. Our acceptance of your order for an item is indicated by despatch of this item to you. If some items on your order are not despatched, these do not form part of the contract. Where there is likely to be a delay in despatching goods to you we will inform you by email and are always happy to refund your payment for these if the likely delay is unacceptable to you.
Descriptions and Prices
We do our very best to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods available for purchase through our website are correct and up to date, but cannot guarantee accuracy. We reserve the right to decline an order placed for a product where the price or description has been published in error, and will in these circumstances refund any payment which may have been made for this product.
Availability of goods
We endeavour to keep a stock of all items advertised for sale on our website, ready for prompt despatch to you. Where the item you have ordered becomes out of stock or unavailable for some other reason, we will where possible contact you to offer a similar alternative item. If this is not possible or if our alternative is unacceptable to you we will provide a refund.
Delivery
Our delivery charges are published on our website and are applicable for addresses within the UK only. Normally we will despatch goods via Royal Mail first class post with Royal Mail proof of posting constituting proof of despatch to you, but depending on circumstances we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier where appropriate.
Refunds and replacements
We hope you will be very pleased with your purchase from our website, but if for any reason the goods are not suitable for you we will refund your payment provided the goods and their packaging are returned to us in a saleable condition within thirty days of your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return of goods
When returning goods to us, please contact us by email at info@zanzibaraction.co.uk notifying us briefly of your intention to return them, and stating when they have been or will be despatched. When packing the goods, please bear in mind that they must reach us in good condition in order to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personal Data and Data Protection
We require some personal data from you in order to accept and process your order. In placing your order through our website you are agreeing to our use of this data for the purpose of processing and recording your order. We will not use email addresses provided via our online shop to contact you about other matters unrelated to the shop, and will not supply them to any third party for marketing purposes.
Consequential loss
In using our online shop or information from our website you agree that we will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect loss or any business loss arising from your use of our website or online shop.

Disputes which cannot be resolved by our complaints procedure will be resolved by English Law. If any of these Terms and Conditions are shown to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of any remaining conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. In using the website or purchasing from the online shop you agree to accept the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time of use.
